Growing up in Pgh. also,(and actually being a former school-mate of your sister!), you really hit the nail on the head about how old most boomers look in that greatest of cities. Why, do you think, that is? Do not get me wrong, I love the city, loved my childhood, etc., but cannot get over how “out of style/lost in the “80′s, the 50-60 population there seems to be. I, too, live in the “west”, where it seems we are more attuned to progressive “style”, for lack of a better word. Any comments, anyone? PS, Jerry: I once put a dessert your mom made in one of the potted plants in your livingroom-at a pj party your sister hosted. Not proud of it,just a confession.
