Erotica cover watch (tagline: Why only women on the covers of erotic books?) is a blog dedicated to banning the inequality in erotica book covers. Almost all erotica books feature women on the cover. The authors of this blog would like to see more men. Here is a post about a new anthology, The Erotica Project, that features all stories written by hetrosexual women celebrating their sexuality. Here’s the blurb from the book: “The Erotica Project was started when the authors realized there is very little heterosexual erotica written by women. They began composing erotic vignettes that embraced male-female sex while turning traditional male erotic literature on its head.” But the cover, ECW points out, doesn’t even try to appeal to hetrosexual women.
