Somewhat daunting thought...so I have been reading reviews since to assist me in attempting to understnd the work better. I have read several reviews and this is by far the best I have read. Thank you, Mr. Berger for crystallizing some seemingly (to me) disparate elements of the narrative into a thematic perspective I read 2666 last year (2009) and I knew when I finished it I would need to reread it. Somewhat daunting thought…so I have been reading reviews since to
assist me in attempting to understnd the work better. I have read several reviews and this is by far the best I have read.
