OK Cupid Statistical Results
OK Cupid has made public some of their survey data and it’s fascinating. For example, people in Nevada and Florida are way more likely to consider playing out a rape fantasy with a partner who asked them to than someone in Vermont or Delaware, or New York for that matter. That’s based on 340,000 responses. The same question in Europe shows that people will not indulge your rape fantasies in England and Sweden, but they will in Greece and Norway.
People on the west coast are much more likely to date someone just for the sex than on the east coast. Yes in Kansas and a strong no in Nebraska (hello, Kansas!). People in Arizona shower more regularly than people in New Mexico.
