Dear Rachel,
Thank you for taking the time to carefully read and write about Speed Shrinking. I'm psyched that you found the descriptions of sugar moving, the double entendre of the title clever, the two shrinks funny and surprising and the battle between them entertaining drama. After trying fiction since 1981 I feel honored to be able to publish a first comic novel. My next book "Overexposed" -which started as fiction - comes out September 2010 - and takes on heavier subjects (like feminism, marriage and motherhood vs. art) so I'll make sure you get an advance copy.
