This was a great interview- Very entertaining and informing. I think it proves that for those just like Desiree, the road is a great way to consolidate your dreams of being on the road and being alone with your thoughts going through God’s green earth-

I bee-bopped around the beaches with Desiree many moons ago and have to say…

It’s heartening to follow Desiree’s(and Karma) adventures on the roads across America as a female trucker.

I certainly admire Desiree’s ability to put a down to earth flavor to her adamant drive, while “Making a positive/impactful difference” in the world.

Thanks for this. I’ve been driving across country a lot recently (like eight times in the last two years), and I think about the truckers a lot, what they are doing, thinking, or when they all tuck in and sleep at night and fill the rest stations in the wee hours… so this was interesting.
