Check out the video from Stephen Elliott’s stop in Fort Lauderdale on his book tour. Sorry, no video of the woman “poured into a tight black dress with lace webbing across her breasts, feet bound in some cross between high heels and sandals,” though I can confirm that she was there and that the description is accurate.
