I just bought “No Impact Man” and it doesn’t play. I exchanged it, the second one also does not play. Oscilloscope has no contact information on their site – no address, phone number or even so much as an email address or contact form.

I’m returning the video and I will never buy anything they produce – Very Bad Customer Service! I don’t trust a company that doesn’t have a way to contact them.
