That presidential finances link was interesting. Also interesting is that two of the last three presidents entered office without much in the way of money, though Clinton’s done very well for himself in the last ten years and Obama made a good chunk just before he went in. I expect he’ll do quite well post-Presidency too.

Yeah, also interesting is that Obama and Clinton made all their money through publishing, of all things.

Which tells you a lot about the state of publishing, since it’s also the arena where Sarah Palin has made her pile in the last couple of years.
