    Basing attraction on literary preference is taking it too far, in my opinion, but I did recently break it off with someone who said he hadn’t read a book in at least ten years.

    I’d never date someone based on their taste in literature alone, but I’d certainly NOT date someone based on the same.

    A lot of people don’t even read books, so to find someone who reads books at all is great.
