US talking heads are rushing to point to their guy’s policies as the reason this revolution happened and has been as successful as it has been so far. Bush, Obama–their effect on this uprising was marginal at best. The Egyptians did this. Don’t try to co-opt their sacrifice. It’s not always about the US, no matter how much we may think it is.
