Ted Wilson on the Air

Ted Wilson bio ↓  ·  February 21st, 2011  ·  filed under Other

Unfortunately I, Ted Wilson, spent my New Year’s in jail. Always one to make the best of things, I spent my time writing haikus about my circumstance and posted them to Twitter, where I am a member.

Last week my Twitter friend Molly read my poetry aloud on an actual radio broadcast! She has a much prettier voice than I do. Give a listen!

Ted Wilson was an accountant for over 40 years at Rockville Insura-Best, Inc. After his wife died he figured that would be the end of things. But fate took a surprising turn and now he's a member of the Ryan Montbleau Band for which he plays tuba and harpsichord. Be Ted's Twitter friend! More from this author →

  2. Ted Wilson Says:

    Dear Molly,

Don’t thank me. Fortunately, I have a cousin in Missoula and her grandson was able to record it on his walk-man. Then he mailed me the cassette and then I mailed it to Isaac here at the Rumpus. Then he must have put it in his computer and digitized it somehow. It was a team effort! Thanks to everyone, especialy to you, Molly.

    Your Friend,
    Ted
