Rumpus Radio Episode 13: Michael Showalter

Stephen Elliott bio ↓  ·  March 25th, 2011  ·  filed under rumpus original

Funny man Michael Showalter sits down with Rumpus Radio host Stephen Elliott and co-host Nato Green. Michael Showalter is one of the founding members of the comedy troupe Stella and The State. He also co-wrote and co-produced the cult comedy classic Wet Hot American Summer. To top it all off he’s just released a book, Mr. Funny Pants.

We talk about that a lot, about writing, and what makes something funny, and why would anyone want to be a comedian.

Direct download. Or, listen to it in iTunes (and why not just subscribe to Rumpus Radio while you’re there).
