Choosing Words Carefully

The Millions posted an essay on the eternal writer’s dilemma to craft the perfect book and the elusive nature of perfectionism. For writers, readers or anybody with compulsive tendencies, choosing to dedicate time to a book is a difficult decision. But there’s always this to meditate on:

“In this way, as in so many others, writing and reading are metaphors for living. In the end, you do the best you can, and then, in one way or another, you let it go and move on.”
