I believe this was destroyed along with thousands of dollars worth of equipment and supplies in the nighttime raid on the park.

Tragic, it would have been a nice historical reference.

About Israel…yes, they are not a benevolent entity towards Palestine, the settlements must stop, Palestine must attain statehood, but hatred is a two-way street. Israel just happens to have more power.

William Shawcross, known for his work reporting on genocide and conflict, and writing Sideshow: Nixon, Kissinger, and the Bombing of Cambodia, penned an interesting article not reported often here in the West. It illustrates the above point:

Shawcross, like Christopher Hitchens, has been beaten up for supporting the war in Iraq, and history has proven him wrong. Nevertheless, he raises issues that should be of interest for those looking at two sides of the story.

Also: The Occupy Wall Street movement puts out such a spectrum of views it is difficult to pinpoint their position, but in general and at present it offers only resistance and little substance.
