(Or maybe just to our class; I can’t remember if the ban was prompted by our personal failings or poets in general.) In any event, thanks for reminding me of that — now I have a prompt for tomorrow’s writing! Bright, tiny knots of ______.

And if you do further that poet : stripper thing, maybe there’s some way to work in that Portland vegan strip club’s so-bad-it’s-…no-it’s-still-pretty-bad “put the meat on the pole, not on the plate” motto somehow…
