Umm, are those last two links *supposed* to go to the same page?
Hulk Hogan’s Pastamania is mentioned in the David Lipsky book about DFW. Early in the book, Wallace and Lipsky go to the Mall of America and Pastamania is mentioned.
The lost woman scientist piece is cool.
Women pretty much invented computer programming, since all that “coding” was considered more like clerical work at the time, as opposed to the manly dicking-around with the actual machine hardware.
