Ainhoa Palacios

Ainhoa Palacios was born in Peru and brought to the U.S. as an undocumented migrant in 2001, at the age of six. Her fiction and nonfiction, rooted in her bicultural experience, explore themes of identity, migration, and assimilation. Her work has appeared in Somos En Escrito, Lumiere Review, and The Audacity as part of Roxane Gay’s Emerging Writer Series. She holds an MFA from Colorado State University and was named a 2025 Tennessee Williams Scholar at the Sewanee Writers’ Conference.
