Amanda Quaid

Amanda Quaid’s poetry was awarded the 2023 Bridport Prize. Her poems appear, or are forthcoming, in The Iowa Review, Bellevue Literary Review, Rattle and others. Her debut collection, No Obvious Distress (John Murray Originals), a finalist for the Jake Adam York Prize, was selected as one of the Best Books of 2025 by The Independent. She teaches at the David Geffen School of Drama at Yale and lives in New York City.
