Caitlin Dwyer writes poetry, essays, and stories. Her essays have appeared in The Riveter, Oregon Humanities, Narratively, the Los Angeles Review of Books, and Quartz, and her poetry has been published in the Beloit Poetry Journal, Thrush, Cider Press Review, Notre Dame Review, and Quiddity, among others. She holds degrees in English and Journalism from the University of Hong Kong and Pomona College. As of 2018, she's halfway through an MFA from the Rainier Writer's Workshop at Pacific Lutheran University. You can learn more about her current projects at www.caitlindwyer.com.

The Rumpus publishes original fiction, poetry, literary humor writing, comics, essays, book reviews, and interviews with authors and artists of all kinds. Our mostly volunteer-run magazine strives to be a platform for risk-taking voices and writing that might not find a home elsewhere. We lift up new voices alongside those of more established writers our readers may already know and love. We want to bring new perspectives into the conversation that will make us all look deeper.
