Caralyn Green is a writer, educator, and digital strategist based in Pittsburgh, PA. Her work has appeared in
Venus Zine, Pittsburgh City Paper, Detroit Metro Times, Pop City, Pittsburgh Magazine, and
Philadelphia Weekly, where she wrote two long-running columns on music and feminist pop culture. She holds a master’s degree in communications from the University of Pennsylvania, recently completed her MFA in nonfiction from Goucher College, and has taught writing and cultural studies at Penn State University and Chatham University.
