Joseph Bates's debut collection of stories, Tomorrowland, is forthcoming in September 2013 from Curbside Splendor Publishing. The Rumpus publishes original fiction, poetry, literary humor writing, comics, essays, book reviews, and interviews with authors and artists of all kinds.
