Mallory Asis is a bicultural Filipina poet and storyteller from San Diego, California. She is a Mellon Mays Research Fellow and an undergraduate English major at the University of California, Berkeley. A 2024 Youth Speaks Teen Poetry Slam Champion and member of the 2024 Berkeley Slam Team, her work moves between performance and the page. This is her first publication.
