My Twitter recommendation for this week is the Poetry Foundation. Most institutions, I’ve found, have a Twitter account because they think they’re supposed to have one, but have no real idea how to use it to communicate with the public. The Poetry Foundation isn’t perfect at it, but they’re good and getting better. They don’t just plug their own content, even though they have a lot to plug, and they’re responsive when tweeted to. They’re worth following.
