Rock and Roll, Harems, and Modern Love

Author and Rumpus contributor Jillian Lauren has written an excellent “Modern Love” column for the New York Times: “Finding Marriage Without Losing a Self.”

Isaac Fitzgerald has been a firefighter, worked on a boat, and was once given a sword by a king, thereby accomplishing three out of five of his childhood goals.
