A coalition including the US, France, the UK, and Italy has begun air and missile strikes in Libya. President Obama authorized limited military action by US forces, but also said that the US will not send ground troops in. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton also emphasized that the US is not taking a lead role in this effort. Mother Jones is keeping track of events as they develop as well.
