I’m probably way behind the times here, but I’ve just discovered this project by artist Megan Rosalarian Gedris in which she cross-dresses male superheroes.
But she’s doing more than just changing their outfits–after all, male superheroes in comic books are very often in the same sort of skintight costumes as the women are–she’s hyper-sexualizing them as well, which is what makes this idea so awesome. I’ll be spending some time at her site in the future, you can bet.
