As is the case in any developing story, details are sketchy and limited right now, but here’s the basics in what’s happened in Oslo, Norway today.
16 are reported dead as a result of an explosion and a shooting. Police are treating the two a related, though the investigation is in it’s early stages.
According to the Guardian live update, the person arrested on the island of Utoya was Noewegian, and the current number of dead youths on the island is 9 or 10, but fears are that number will rise.
