Ending Violence Against Sex Workers

This past Saturday, December 17th marked the 9th year of the annual International Day to End Violence Against Sex Workers. SF Bay Guardian looks back at the history of the San Francisco born tradition.

    Is the quote meant to be ironic? Violence, drugs, and everything unholy about prostitution would be removed if brothels were simply legalized. Legalizing prostitution is such a simple, obvious plus that it is a clear indication that the country and the world is not ready to give people the freedoms they so earnestly deserve.
