So good – sweet, poignant, and even some lust – everything I expect from Mari’s comics!

Nice one Mari… I like the grey tones and I think you’re using the scrolling really well…
Long lost friends are tough, but there’s something strange about how easy it is to keep in touch with people on a superficial level through the internet these days. I’m not sure how I feel about it.
Sophie: I know what you mean about the strangeness of social networking acquaintance-ship, but I love it nonetheless. I treasure being able to check in on old pals, to see that they are safe and happy and loved. To be able to reach in from their past and remind them, in times of sadness, that they are still in my heart…
I’ve never seen a speech balloon morph into the lower halves of naked people before. very nice. your comics make me forget it’s raining outside. there should be umbrellas with your comics on them.
Absolutely beautiful, Mari. Love the subtle color. Happy Valentine’s Day! ^_^

Perfect capture of non-romantic love!
Wow! Loved this. He gave you the most important mnemonic ever.
Those are the kind of friends you never quite forget…and they pop up at those moments when you need them. Perfectly captured. xo
