The launch party for Tupelo Hassman’s debut novel Girlchild (which we got a taste of at the last Monthly Rumpus) is this Saturday February 18^th at Bird and Beckett Books and Records in San Francisco. Author Bonnie Jo Campbell describes the book as “a triumph and a philosophical treatise on survival.”
