WEDNESDAY 10/24: DT Max (Every Love Story Is a Ghost Story) and Gerry Howard discuss David Foster Wallace at WORD. 7pm, free.
Quentin Rowan, whose novel Assassin of Secrets (written under the pen name Q.R. Markham) was revealed to have been almost entirely plagiarized days after its initial publication last fall, will discuss his work at St. Mark’s Bookshop. THURSDAY 10/25: WORD celebrates the launch of Jami Attenberg’s The Middlesteins with a reading from the author, introduced by Kate Christensen (The Astral). 7pm, free.
