It may be a little too late in the month to celebrate the horrific mutilation of St. Lucy with blue cheese and gingersnaps, but at least you’ll have a more accurate image of St. Nicholas in time for Christmas. (You can even leave him some extra cookies to thank him for resurrecting those pickled babies!)
