This Friday, April 12th, KALW 91.7FM presents “Heard Here,” an interactive evening of stories told live onstage at San Francisco’s Victoria Theater.
The show features performances about the lives of ordinary locals who find themselves in amazing circumstances by the Bay’s best writers, radio producers, and actors. From a woman who turns a transportation problem into a taxi service for queer people to a surfer on a dangerous wave to a writer who takes on an unexpected tenant, “Heard Here” is illustrative of many different walks of life.
The event starts at 8pm and admission is free, but doors open at 7:30. Seating is limited, so be sure to arrive early. Stay after the performances for a post-show after-party.
