Friday 6/7: PEN center USA presents the Literary Stage at the Jubilee Music and Arts Festival on both Friday and Saturday. Friday’s schedule: 6 p.m. Tongue & Groove, hosted by Conrad Romo. 7 p.m. Emerging Voices Fellowship, hosted by PEN Center USA. 8 p.m. Hot Dish à la carte, hosted by Rumpus Contributor J.
