Tuesday 4/22: Scott Turow will speak in conjunction with the kickoff of World Book Night, an annual, national event that encourages writers and avid readers to hand out free books. All in attendance this evening will receive a free edition of Shakespeare’s sonnets. Sulzer Regional Library, 7 p.m.
Wednesday 4/23: World Book Night commences in Andersonville at Women and Children Books, where a variety of books will be distributed free, thanks to the generosity of writers, readers, and publishers. WCF is one of 2,000 official pick-up sites around the country that give away about a half million books.
