We’re sending our next Letter for Kids from Jim Jennewein! Jim tells us how he came to love reading as a kid, in a handwritten letter that includes doodles and even a poem!
Jim Jennewein lives in a bloodthirsty, barbaric land filled with evil tyrants, slimy monsters, and comely maidens. It is called Los Angeles. A veteran screenwriter, author and teacher, Jim writing credits include such films as The Flinstones, Richie Rich, Getting Even With Dad, Stay Tuned, and Major League II. He is also co-author of the RuneWarriors trilogy, a comedy-fantasy series of YA novels published by HarperCollins. A member of the Writers Guild of America, he holds a BFA degree from the University of Notre Dame, and an MFA degree from the Graduate Program in Creative Writing & Writing for the Performing Arts at University Of California, Riverside.
