Esmé Weijun Wang is an essayist and the author of The Border of Paradise: A Novel (2016). Her work has appeared in Salon, Catapult, The Believer, Jezebel, and elsewhere. At esmewang.com, she provides resources to assist aspiring writers in developing resilience on the path to building a creative legacy. Esmé is the recipient of the 2016 Graywolf Nonfiction Prize and is at work on a collection of essays about schizophrenia.
