Tuesday 8/21: Come to the Playwright Workshop with Applause Community Theatre. They’ll reads, encourage, and critique a new play from local playwright Ginny Leutgeb. Eat My Words Bookstore, 7 p.m., free.
Wednesday 8/22: Minnesota artists will fight silence on sexual violence with poetry, song, and stories at the second Liberation Cabaret. Featuring readings and performances by Chante Wolf, Sarah Koper, Inayah El-Amin, Tracy Lea Landis, and Robbie Orr. Boneshaker Books, 6:30 p.m., free.
