David Joez Villaverde is an interdisciplinary artist who lives in Detroit. He is an MFA candidate at the University of Michigan and a CantoMundo fellow. His work has appeared in Frontier Poetry, Black Warrior Review, RHINO, The Indianapolis Review, Tinderbox, Dreginald, and elsewhere. He can be found at schadenfreudeanslip.com.
