Benedicte O’Leary Rutherford is a comics maker, artist, and researcher living in Naarm, Australia. They make autobio comics and obsessively draw self-portraits in a never-ending attempt to express how they think and who they are. Their work has been published in Kill Your Darlings, Crucial Comix, Baby Teeth, and About Time. They are undertaking a PhD at RMIT, currently researching the potential for comics to be sites of mutual affectation and animation.
