Along with essays, Andrea S. Collins writes short stories and poetry. She is currently working on a novella, several poems and a project supporting the articulation of silent stories and marginalized voices. Endeavoring to provoke equality and compassion for all sentient beings, Andrea is an avid volunteer and advocate for animal rights and rescue. Andrea is an IMA Creative Writing student at Antioch University Midwest. She earned her BA in English from Wittenberg University.
