Christopher Santantasio is a gay writer from upstate New York. His fiction and essays appear in One Story, Story Magazine, Epiphany, DIAGRAM, Pinch, SmokeLong Quarterly, and other journals. He holds an MFA from The Ohio State University and was a finalist for the 2020 Chautauqua Janus Prize and the 2024 Anthony Veasna So Scholarship. A fiction editor at The Rumpus, he lives in the San Francisco Bay Area with his partner and their dog, Mojo. He is at work on a novel.
