Dahlia Michaels is a writer and editor from Bangalore, India. Her work explores Bay Area life through a cross-cultural lens, focusing on cities, systems, and community. Her writing has been published in the San Francisco Chronicle. She holds an MFA from the University of San Francisco and was awarded the 2022 Janis M. Zivic Fellowship for Fiction.
