Jai Dulani is a poet, writer, and multimedia artist whose work has appeared in or is forthcoming in Best New Poets 2020, Alaska Quarterly Review, Waxwing, and elsewhere. He has received fellowships from Kundiman, VONA/Voices, and the Asian American Writers’ Workshop. Dulani was the 2019-2020 Assistant Managing Editor of the Bellingham Review. He is co-editor of the anthology, The Revolution Starts At Home: Confronting Intimate Violence in Activist Communities.

The Rumpus publishes original fiction, poetry, literary humor writing, comics, essays, book reviews, and interviews with authors and artists of all kinds. Our mostly volunteer-run magazine strives to be a platform for risk-taking voices and writing that might not find a home elsewhere. We lift up new voices alongside those of more established writers our readers may already know and love. We want to bring new perspectives into the conversation that will make us all look deeper.
