Jasmin Sandelson is the author of My Girls: The Power of Friendship in a Poor Neighborhood (University of California Press). Her work also appears in The Georgia Review, Longreads, Hobart, and elsewhere. Jasmin is completing an MFA in creative non-fiction at NYU, where she is an Axinn Fellow. Her next book is a memoir-in-fragments about coming out later in life, about queer girlhood, and about the end of a life-saving marriage.
