Joshua Jennifer Espinoza is a trans woman poet living in California. Her work has been featured in The American Poetry Review, Paris Review, Poem-a-day @ Poets.org, Denver Quarterly, and Washington Square Review, among others. She is the author of two poetry collections: I’m Alive / It Hurts / I Love It (Big Lucks 2019), and THERE SHOULD BE FLOWERS (Civil Coping Mechanisms 2016). She is currently an MFA candidate in poetry at UC Riverside.
