Leilani Clark

Leilani Clark is a freelance writer based in Santa Rosa, California. A former staff writer at The North Bay Bohemian, her writing has been published in Civil Eats, Made Local Magazine, Fwriction:Review, Storyscape, and Sacramento News and Review. She has an MFA in Writing and Consciousness from the California Institute of Integral Studies. Her story about a crackdown on medical marijuana operations in Sonoma County won a California Newspaper Publishers Association award for Best Feature Story in 2013. She is a 2014 California Endowment Health Journalism Fellow through USC Annenberg School of Communication.
