Marisa Tirado

Marisa Tirado (she/her) is a Latina writer and educator. In 2022 Marisa published the poetry chapbook Selena Didn’t Know Spanish Either with Texas Review Press. She studied poetry and literary translation at the Iowa Writers’ Workshop, and her work is featured in Colorado Review, Virginia Quarterly Review, Triquarterly, among other journals. Marisa currently teaches writing at University of Colorado-Boulder.
