Mollie Hawkins’s work has appeared in Marie Claire, Salon, Bustle, HelloGiggles, PoemMemoirStory (PMS), The Daily Drunk: Mall Rats Anthology, and elsewhere. She has an MFA from the Bennington College Writing Seminars and has also studied at Bread Loaf. Her first book, Object Lessons: Saxophone, is forthcoming from Bloomsbury. Originally from rural Alabama, she now lives and drinks metric tons of coffee in Seattle.
